    In order to solve the "stuck neck" problem of domestic semiconductor large silicon wafers and effectively improve my country's comprehensive competitiveness in the field of electronic information materials, Ningxia Semiconductor  Wafer-level Silicon Wafer Engineering Technology Research Center was established with the support of all walks of life. The main research directions include : Related technologies for semiconductor wafer materials; related technologies for heavily doped epitaxy substrates, power semiconductors and other wafers; lightly doped logic, power management, sensors and other wafer-related technologies. The establishment of the research center will be semiconductor wafer materials The preparation technology and the application of 8-inch and 12-inch large silicon wafers in power semiconductors, lightly doped logic, power management, sensors, memory and other fields provide a solid foundation.

    It is reported that this time Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region publicly recognized a total of 11 engineering technology research centers. Ningxia Zhongxin Wafer stood out from more than 100 enterprises and universities that participated in the certification and successfully won the honor.
