We have a production plant of 100,000 square meters, of which: the workshop for 200mm wafer is 50,000 square meters, and the workshop for 300mm wafer is 50,000 square meters. 

At present, in the workshop for 200mm wafer: the 100,000-level clean room covers an area of 300 square meters, the 10,000-level clean room is 5800 square meters, the 1,000-level is 1300 square meters, the 100-level is 1300 square meters, and the 10th-level is 900 square meters.In the workshop for 300mm wafer: the 10,000-level is 2800 square meters , Class 1000 is 1400 square meters, Class 100 is 1700 square meters, and Class 10 is 1500 square meters.

The workshop is equipped with a complete silicon wafer production line and introduced advanced ERP and MES management systems. The automatic handling system has greatly reduced manual labor and effectively improved production efficiency.

We have a professional laboratory to conduct comprehensive and professional testing experiments on silicon wafer metal content, atmosphere and other aspects to ensure the best quality and improve product quality assurance.

The raw materials used in production are all high-quality raw materials strictly selected from around the world; more than 90% of the equipment used in the production are imported from abroad.
