    On August 28, 2020, from 09:30 to 12:00, the first postdoctoral seminar of Hangzhou Dahe Thermo-Magnetics-Zhejiang University Enterprise Postdoctoral Workstation was successfully held in the conference room of Hangzhou Dahe Thermo-Magnetics Power Division. Dr. Zhai Renshuang gave the opening report as the first postdoctoral fellow , Marking the start of the formal operation of Hangzhou Dahe Thermomagnetic Postdoctoral Workstation.

    In June of this year, Hangzhou Dahe Thermo-Magnetics Co.,Ltd. successfully applied for the Zhejiang Enterprise Postdoctoral Workstation through the Postdoctoral Mobile Station of Zhejiang University, in order to better play the leading role of the postdoctoral workstation in the company's technological research and development activities, and realize the overall improvement of the company's technological innovation capabilities. , The company decided to hold a post-doctorate seminar.

    This opening report meeting specially invited two materials experts from Zhejiang University and three senior engineers from Dahe Company to form an expert group. The expert group was led by Professor Zhu Tiejun, deputy dean and doctoral supervisor of the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University. It also includes Professor Li Dongsheng from the State Key Laboratory of Silicon Materials, School of Materials Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University, Senior Engineer Li Xiangyang from the Thermoelectric Division of Daiwa Company, Senior Engineer Hong Jing, Deputy Director of the Vacuum Technology Division R&D Center, and Senior Engineer Lei Linguang from the Vacuum Technology Division. Ruan Wei, General Manager of Thermal Power Division of Dahe Company, He Zhijun, Director of Human Resources Department, Yin Tiefeng, Director of Technology Management Department, Wang Wengang, Deputy Director of Training Center, and Wu Yongqing, Director of Thermal Power Division, Wu Yongqing, attended the report as corporate representatives.

Then Zhai Renshuang, the first postdoctoral fellow jointly trained by Dahe Thermo-magnetics and Zhejiang University, gave an opening report entitled "R&D Project for Mass Production of High-Performance Bismuth Telluride Zone Melting Ingots". Afterwards, several review experts, including Professor Zhu Tiejun and Professor Li Dongsheng, asked questions about the feasibility, importance and application value of the opening report, and put forward guiding opinions on their research topics. Finally, after comprehensive evaluation by the members of the expert group, the topic of Dr. Zhai Renshuang’s research topic is in line with the needs of the enterprise, the research goal is clear, the plan design is feasible, has good theoretical research value and industrialization promotion significance, unanimously passed the post-doctoral topic, and agreed to enter the next step research work.

    Dr. Zhai Renshuang received his Ph.D. in materials science from Zhejiang University in June 2019. In July of the same year, he entered the Hangzhou Dahe Thermal Power Division as a research and development engineer. In August 2020, he entered the Hangzhou Dahe Enterprise Postdoctoral Workstation, mainly engaged in the research and development of thermoelectric materials.

    Hangzhou Dahe Thermo-magnetics attaches great importance to the construction of industry-university-research cooperation system, actively explores industry-university-research cooperation mechanisms, and continuously deepens industry-university-research collaboration innovation.
