1. Signing contract for silicon carbide project technology transfer

At 4 pm on September 28, the signing ceremony for the technology transfer of the silicon carbide project between Shanghai Shenhe Thermo-Magnetics Co.,Ltd. and Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences was successfully held in Shanghai Hanhong Precision Machinery Co.,Ltd., Ltd. With the hands of Mr. He Xianhan, Chairman of Ferreotec (China) and Mr. Song Lixin, Director of Shanghai Institute of Ceramics clenching tightly together, thunderous applause broke out on the scene. Ferreotec (China)'s strategic layout in the third generation of semiconductor materials has drawn a strong stroke.


Mr. He Xianhan, Chairman of Ferreotec (China), delivered an inspiring speech. He said that this signing is another example of the integration of production, education and research, and also an important milestone in the company's development history. The signing is only the starting point, and there is still a lot of arduous and meticulous work to be done to industrialize these scientific and technological achievements. 2. Tongling Economic and Technological Development Zone signed a contract with Shanghai Shenhe Thermo-Magnetics Co.,Ltd. for an annual output of 150,000 SIC substrates

On the afternoon of September 29th, the signing ceremony for the 150,000 SIC substrates project between Anhui Tongling Economic and Technological Development Zone and Shanghai Shenhe Thermomagnetic Electronics Co., Ltd. was held at Jinling Hotel, Tongquetai, Anhui. Ding Chun, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, Hu Qisheng, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, He Xianhan, Representative Director and President of Japan Magnetic Technology Holdings Co., Ltd., and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ferrotec (China) Group attended the signing ceremony and delivered speeches respectively. It will also enrich the semiconductor industry ecosystem and start-up strategy for our city. The new track of emerging industries injects strong momentum. It is hoped that Shanghai Shenhe Thermomagnetic will make full use of its own industrial R&D advantages and production experience, deepen cooperation with Tongling in the semiconductor field, gather momentum, and make the SIC substrate project a new business card for Tongling's semiconductor industry, and further strengthen Tongling's semiconductor industry chain , To jointly create a large-scale semiconductor industry highland in the central region and even the Yangtze River Delta.
