The business of this project is mainly 12-inch wafer precision regeneration services, which is a key project in Anhui Province. It is expected to be put into production in the second quarter of 2021, and the annual production capacity is expected to reach 2.4 million after reaching production. In order to occupy the technological high ground, the project introduced a full set of advanced production lines from Japan. The completion of this project will fill the gap in domestic large-size wafer recycling business.
